I am having SO much fun sewing for Little Miss Olivia's nursery! My friend Leigh rightly named the theme of the nursery as "Garden of Eden" . . . for Olivia Eden. There are lots of bright colors, flowers, birds, whimsy and fun. It's a unique nursery for a little girl without a whole lot of pink, but it's going to be precious and something that I think will grow with her. All of the ideas are coming together . . . a ruffled and quilted dust ruffle and curtains, cute accessories and my favorite thing is going to be the olive tree that my friend Susan is painting on one of the walls. The sketch she drew me as a preview is to die for!!! I don't have pictures of any of the sewing yet, but here are the fabrics that I'm using to make our own little Garden of Eden!
